Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Overview The 1029 Main Student Referral Program (the “Program”) is a limited-time incentive designed to reward current or incoming residents (“Referrer”) for referring new students (“Referree”) who successfully sign a lease at 1029 Main St. West, Hamilton.
2. Eligibility

Referrer: Must be a current resident or a student with a confirmed signed lease for the upcoming term at 1029 Main.

Referee: Must be a new applicant who has not previously lived at 1029 Main or been in contact with our leasing team regarding the upcoming term.

Lease Terms: The referral reward is only applicable to 8-month (September–April) or 10-month (September–June) lease terms. 4-month terms are excluded from this promotion.
3. Referral Process

To qualify, the Referee must mention the Referrer’s full name and unit number (if applicable) at the time of their initial application or tour.

Referrals cannot be added retroactively after a lease has already been signed by the Referee.
4. Reward Issuance

The $200 reward will be issued to both the Referrer and the Referee in the form of a rent credit or a gift card (at management’s discretion).

Rewards will be processed approximately 30 days after the Referee has officially moved in, paid their first month’s rent, and remained in good standing.

If either the Referrer or Referee cancels their lease prior to move-in, the reward is forfeited.
5. Limitations

There is no limit to the number of students a Referrer can refer; however, only one reward is issued per new bedroom leased.

This offer cannot be combined with any other move-in incentives or “early bird” specials unless explicitly stated by management.

1029 Main reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
