    Important Occupancy Notice

    • Residence occupancy is available September through June only

    • The building is closed during July and August for annual repairs and maintenance

    • All residents must fully move out, including removal of personal belongings, by the occupancy end date

    • Storage may be available as a separate optional service

    • A new application is required for the next academic year

    • Tenant Insurance required before move in
